If I remember right, to convert a Word DOC to a PDF, you actually use the normal Word Printing function and select the PDF conversion dealy-bob as your printer. So, if that gets set as the default printer on that machine, than your macro would just need to loop through files and print them ... But, I but the print/conversion driver pops up a box asking for a "Save as..." file name, so that might make it tricky. Have fun with that one ... I'm curious how it turns out ... -Bryk
